ABOUT GILDED GOBLIN

A family owned creative house for miniature art.

Gilded Goblin began in South Texas with a simple idea: miniature painting should feel more special.

My name is Angel, and I started this brand after getting deeper into the hobby through games like Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons. I’ve always loved fantasy, medieval worlds, and the quiet focus that comes with bringing a miniature to life.

At first, I wanted to make brushes that felt reliable, consistent, and enjoyable to use. Not a “perfect” brush, because I don’t believe any brush is perfect. Just tools I could test, improve, and genuinely stand behind.

But over time, Gilded Goblin grew beyond brushes.

Today, we are a family owned creative house for miniature art. We create color, brushes, display objects, packaging, and experiences for miniature artists, collectors, wargamers, and storytellers.

Creative House is simply a better way to describe what Gilded Goblin has become and where we want to take it.

We are not leaving our roots behind. The goblin, the medieval character, the sense of humor, and the community are all staying. We are still the same family owned business testing products, making paint, packing orders, and figuring things out together as we grow.

Our visual direction is evolving too. The medieval character remains, now brought together with cleaner forms, black and bone, and a modern brutalist sensibility. It is a new way of presenting the same world, not a departure from it.

I have always wanted Gilded Goblin to feel like a guild: a place for painters, collectors, wargamers, and storytellers who care about the craft and the smallest details.

That is why the experience matters to us. The wax seal, the Painter’s Pass, the packaging, the brush in your hand, and the way everything feels when you open it, all of it is part of the world we are building.

The House is what we create. The Goblin Guild is the community around it.

Our brush sets each have their own place at the painting table.

Eldritch is made for precision and control.

Ebonflame is our synthetic set for metallics and everyday work.

Sunfire is made for larger models, terrain, and broader strokes.

Each one was created with a purpose.

Our brushes are designed by us and made with experienced brush makers overseas. Each batch is built to our specifications and improved through testing, feedback, and real use.

We also make our own miniature colors here in Texas. My brother and I make and fill every small batch ourselves, testing formulas, adjusting pigments, and refining the paints one color at a time.

It is a slower process, but it keeps us close to the product and allows us to build something we are genuinely proud to put our name on.

Our solid wood displays continue that same idea. Painting a miniature takes time, patience, and creativity. The finished work deserves a place where it can be protected, displayed, and appreciated.

At the center of everything we do is one belief:

Miniature painting is art.

The goal is simple: to create color, tools, display objects, and experiences that feel worthy of the worlds you bring to life.

Welcome to Gilded Goblin Creative House.
